What do we need?
- QTS – ECT’s welcome
- SEND experience or real interest in pursuing a career in SEND
- Capacity for kindness
- Ability to plan creatively for learners of all abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Organised approach with capacity to cope with all aspects of the role
- Progressive attitude to SEND practice and teaching techniques
- Knowledge of the curriculum and strategies to differentiate lessons
- Awareness of what inspires a child to learn
- Able to work with TA’s and other support staff
- A SMILE FOR EVERY CHILD
