The Role
As a Class Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive. Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to achieve strong outcomes. Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Contribute to the wider life of the school and participate in school events and initiatives. Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing. The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting. Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong subject knowledge. Is committed to raising attainment and inspiring a love of learning. Has excellent communication and organisational skills. Works effectively as part of a collaborative team.
