Production Coordinator – Slough – £40,000–£45,000 – Monday to Friday (9am–5pm)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Coordinator to join a fast-paced, growing food manufacturing business based in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and production planning experience looking to take the next step in their career.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary:
£40,000 – £45,000 per annum
The Role
As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production operations. You will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing workflow, and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing daily and weekly production schedules
- Working closely with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams
- Ensuring materials and resources are available to meet production demands
- Monitoring production progress and resolving any issues or delays
- Maintaining accurate records and production data
- Supporting continuous improvement across processes and efficiency
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and planning
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a production planning or coordination role (ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using production systems and Microsoft Office
