FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: Wellingborough
Shift Options:
- PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (£13.25 per hour)
- Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (£14.57 per hour)
We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a leading window manufacturing company based in Wellingborough.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work in a busy warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock and finished products around the warehouse and production areas
- Packing window products and components ready for dispatch
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
- Manual handling of products and materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting production and dispatch teams as required
Requirements:
- Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous FLT Counterbalance experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to undertake warehouse and manual handling duties alongside FLT work
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
