Retail Media Manager
Location: London – Hybrid (3 office days a week)
Salary: £45,000

You'll be at the heart of shaping how brands win on the digital shelf-connecting retail media, data, and shopper behaviour to drive measurable growth across key eCommerce platforms.

The Role
As an Retail Media Manager, you'll lead the planning and execution of retail media and digital commerce strategies across major retailer platforms and marketplaces.
You'll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, translating business goals into high-performing media strategies that drive visibility, conversion, and commercial results.
Key areas of focus include:
- Leading end-to-end retail media strategy and activation across platforms such as Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Tesco, Nectar and similar ecosystems
- Optimising campaigns through a data-led approach, identifying performance opportunities and efficiencies
- Building forward-thinking roadmaps – testing new formats, tools and innovations in retail media
- Collaborating cross-functionally with media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver connected strategies
- Identifying growth opportunities across the full eCommerce mix: content, pricing, promotion and media
- Delivering clear, actionable insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders
- Mentoring and developing junior talent within the team
About You
You're someone who blends media expertise with commercial thinking and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving space.
We're looking for:
- Solid experience in retail media / eCommerce (agency, consultancy or client-side)
- Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Amazon Ads, Criteo, Citrus (or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset – confident working with data to drive decisions
- A clear communicator who can translate complexity into actionable insight
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Curiosity around emerging tech, AI, and how it can enhance performance and efficiency
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and storytelling
