Salary: up to £33,780
Qualifications:
- Any Trade qualification ( Carpentry / Plumbing etc.)
- Legionella – L8 Desired not essential
Duties / Responsibilities:
To carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance
You work may include but not limited to; Changing door locks, skirting board replacement, hanging doors, changing taps, sinks and toilets, painting and decorating
To liaise with management and client
Work alongside subcontractors and other engineers
