- Undertaking ad hoc tasks as directed by the Partners.
- Opportunity to develop further by maintaining company statutory records.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a secretarial or senior administrative role — professional services experience is a definite advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office — particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working independently.
- Discreet and trustworthy — you'll be handling sensitive and confidential client information.
- Experience of IRIS practice management software is desirable but not essential.
What's on offer
- £25,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 28 days with service.
- Pension scheme.
