Office Manager. £50,000 basic + Significant Profit Share | Bupa | 6% Pension. Based Smethwick, Birmingham. We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager / Assistant Manager to serve as the operational backbone and the strategic right hand to the Managing Director.
This is not just an administrative role. You will take full ownership of our day-to-day operations and lead key business functions across the board. If you have natural leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to steer a team, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Partner closely with the Managing Director to execute company goals.
- Operations Leadership: Head daily workflows while actively executing administrative tasks.
- Sales & Marketing: Manage the internal team to help drive growth strategies while overseeing client accounts and campaigns.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the finance department while handling invoicing and bookkeeping.
- Customer Service: Lead the support team while personally resolving complex client issues.
- Team Management: Guide staff, foster accountability, and plug operational gaps daily.

The Package
- £50,000 basic salary
