Academics is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and well-established private nursery in Hammersmith & Fulham, currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Nursery Manager to join their exceptional team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a thriving nursery setting that is recognised for its outstanding care, child-led learning approach, and welcoming family atmosphere. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the nursery, maintaining exceptional standards of care and education, supporting staff development, and building strong relationships with families and the wider community.
Role Details:
- Private Nursery Manager
- Full-time, Permanent Position
- September 2026 Start
- Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, London
- Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum
- Hours: 42 hours per week
- All-year-round nursery

The Successful Nursery Manager Will:
- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare
- Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development
