Prospero Teaching is working with a secondary school in W8 that is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2026. We are looking for an individual with strong classroom and behaviour management skills who is passionate about Mathematics and has a proven track record of teaching A-Level Maths.
Contract Details Location: W8 Position: Maths Teacher Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (may vary depending on the school's needs) Pay: Pay to Scale Schedule: Full-time
Experience, Training and Qualifications Required Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 3-5 years' experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school environment Proven experience teaching Maths at A-Level Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Excellent subject knowledge and curriculum understanding Ability to teach Maths across KS3, KS4 and KS5 Reliable, punctual and committed to student progress
To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must: Have the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one Provide two professional child-related references covering the last two years
