Area Manager – Education Sector (Düsseldorf)
38,000 per year Gross Salary| On-site | 50% travel (local & international)
Our client, a global education organisation, is seeking a proactive Business graduate for an Area Manager position, to support and develop a network of learning centres across Germany and internationally. This on-site role combines coaching, operational support, and business development.
What you’ll do:
- Support franchisees through regular visits, coaching, and performance guidance
- Drive centre growth, quality, and operational standards
- Deliver training, presentations, and local initiatives
- Travel extensively across the region (approx. 50%)
What we’re looking for:
- Business/Marketing degree or similar fields
- Keen interest in the education sector and franchise management
- Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
- Solutions-driven professional
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business-level English and German
- Passion for learning, development, and helping businesses succeed
