Legal Receptionist
One of our most highly regarded US law firm clients is seeking a client focused and an immaculately presented Legal Receptionist on a full time, permanent basis. The reception team consists of 5 receptionists who are the face of the firm, being the first people that everyone including clients interacts with on arrival.
- Salary to £43,000
- Shift pattern of 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm / 10am to 6pm and the very occasional 12pm to 8pm

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Receptionist:
- Manage a busy front desk and coordinate 21 meeting rooms, ensuring smooth operation of all bookings and events
- Handle all switchboard calls promptly, efficiently, and courteously
- Book and administer all future reservations, events, and same-day meeting requests using the EMS computerised room booking system
- Support internal and client event bookings, liaising across departments to ensure seamless service
- Manage allocation of security passes for new joiners and visitors
- Assist with invoice preparation and submission via Chrome River
- Coordinate with Hospitality for all catering, refreshments, and event support
- Prepare for the arrival of overseas visitors, ensuring their office space and security passes are ready upon arrival
Skills & Requirements of the Legal Receptionist:
- 2 years’ + experience in a similar role from a law firm
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client care
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Experience using computerised room booking system is preferred
