We are looking for a Casual Evening Sports Receptionist to join our outstanding Sports team. Acting as main point of contact for members of the community using the sports facilities in the evening you will manage all initial enquiries to the sports reception desk, keep accurate records of all users and visitors, collect fees and issue receipts, issue and assist with the set up of equipment for groups using the facilities, and ensure that all health and safety requirements are met.
You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills and the ability to use your own initiative and work unsupervised. You should also be First Aid at Work qualified, or willing to work towards this qualification.
