A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join a growing business at an exciting stage in its journey.
Based in Beaconsfield (3 days per week), you’ll take ownership of the financial operations while playing a key role in strategic planning and decision-making. Your leadership will drive financial performance, support growth, and help shape the future of the business.
The Role
You’ll oversee all aspects of finance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong financial control, while acting as a trusted advisor to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations, ensuring compliance and best practice
- Act as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), overseeing AML activity
- Manage financial reporting, accounting standards, tax planning, and budgeting
- Identify financial, operational, and strategic risks, implementing mitigation strategies
- Support senior stakeholders by communicating financial insights clearly and effectively
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure financial strategies are understood and delivered
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive aged debt collection
- Ensure timely supplier payments and invoice processing
- Allocate spend across the P&L
- Oversee lettings accounts, including daily landlord payments
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Use data and insight to support future acquisitions and growth plans
About You
You’ll be a hands-on, collaborative experienced professional with a broad skillset across finance, strategy, and risk management.
- Part Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience in similar role (not suitable for a qualified accountant)
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset
- Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
- A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
