We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive team in Tiptree, working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). No two days are the same, and every day brings the opportunity to make a real impact on a child's learning journey.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs both in and out of the classroom
Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive learning experiences
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
Celebrating every achievement-big or small
Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can flourish
What We're Looking For
A positive, patient, and empathetic approach
Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience is a bonus)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Creativity, resilience, and a willingness to learn
