We are currently recruiting Uniformed Public Services Lecturers to support Carlisle College. This is a great opportunity for experienced lecturers or professionals from the sector looking to move into teaching.
The Role
As a Uniformed Public Services Lecturer, you will deliver engaging lessons and support learners preparing for careers in healthcare and social care settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering Uniformed Public Services lessons (BTEC)
- Supporting coursework and assignment completion
- Preparing learners for placements and employment
- Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback
- Promoting safeguarding and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Uniformed Public Services or related field
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with BTEC (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
