Teaching Personnel are recruiting confident and motivated individuals to work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools. This is the perfect stepping stone into teaching, giving you real classroom exposure while building essential skills.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of a teacher. This role is ideal for developing your confidence, presence, and classroom management skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment Keeping students engaged and on-task Providing feedback to teaching staff Gaining experience in a variety of secondary school settings
