The Ideal EYFS Teacher Candidate

The successful EYFS teacher will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised early years teaching qualification.
• Experience working with children with ASD, SLD, or other special educational needs (highly desirable).
• Excellent classroom management skills tailored to individual learning needs.
• A deep understanding of early years pedagogy and inclusive teaching strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
