  Litigation is one of the most competitive areas of law to break into, but arguably one of the most rewarding. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) to join a respected Disputes & Regulatory team, working on a varied caseload of commercial, property and contentious probate matters for a diverse client base ranging from individuals and SMEs to national and international organisations.

Working alongside experienced litigators, you will gain exposure to high-quality disputes work from the outset, managing your own matters while receiving the support and development needed to progress your career. The role offers a strong platform for ambitious lawyers looking to build their expertise in contentious work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Opportunity

  • Manage a broad caseload of commercial litigation, property disputes and contentious probate matters.
  • Advise a diverse client base, including regional businesses, national organisations and international clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor with between NQ and 5 years' PQE.
  • Experience of litigation matters, ideally including commercial, property or contentious probate work.
  • Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • A commercially minded and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ambition to develop within a growing and successful disputes practice.
