Job Title: HR Business Partner
Client: Global engineering/manufacturing company
Location: Desford
Hourly Rate: £29.76 PAYE or £39.13 Umbrella
Duration: 12 months
Working arrangements: Fully site based
About the Role:
- Are you passionate about driving people-focused strategies and fostering a culture of excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic HR professional to support multiple sites within the Building Construction Products (BCP) division. You’ll work closely with site leadership and HR colleagues to deliver impactful solutions across talent development, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Key Skills:
- Employee Relations: Disciplinary & grievance handling
- Data & Analytical Skills: Reporting, Excel-based analysis
- Labor Relations; Trade union exposure/experience
