We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join the People team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent, and commercially aware ER support across the UK operation.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage complex casework, influence stakeholders, and help shape a fair, compliant, and high-performing working culture.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a varied caseload of complex ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and workplace investigations
  • Providing clear, practical employment law and ER advice to managers and stakeholders
  • Supporting organisational change activity including restructures and consultation processes
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to build capability and confidence in handling people issues
  • Ensuring consistent application of company policies and UK employment law compliance
  • Building strong relationships across the business to promote a proactive, solutions-led ER approach
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies and processes
  • Using case insights to identify trends and help prevent recurring people issues

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in an Employee Relations role within the UK
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience managing complex ER cases and workplace investigations
  • Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience supporting organisational change or restructuring activity
  • Irish employment law knowledge is beneficial but not essential
  • A pragmatic, calm, and solutions-focused approach
