Are you currently working as a Resourcer and ready to take the next step into a full 360 recruitment role?

At Wild Recruitment, we're looking for ambitious, driven individual who want to build a long term career in recruitment and we'll give you the tools, training, and mentorship to get there.

About the Role

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with foundational recruitment experience (or strong sales/customer-facing skills) who wants to develop into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.

You'll start by strengthening your candidate management and delivery skills, while gaining exposure to the sales side of recruitment, including:

  • Business development
  • Client relationship management
  • Negotiation and commercial awareness

With ongoing mentoring and support, you'll quickly progress into managing your own desk and clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates across commercial and industrial roles
  • Building strong talent pipelines and candidate relationships
  • Supporting senior consultants on live roles and client requirements
  • Learning how to win new business and develop client partnerships
  • Developing into a 360 recruitment consultant role

About You

  • Experience as a Resourcer OR in a sales/customer-facing role
  • Ambitious, motivated, and career-driven
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilient with a positive, proactive mindset
