The Role:
* Provide classroom support across a range of lessons
* Work with students on a 1:1 and small-group basis, with a specific focus on core subject areas
* Assist teachers with practical activities and administrative duties
* Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
* Assist teacher with regular student reviews and assessments
Ideal Candidate:
* Degree educated – all subjects considered
* Strong academic background and communication skills
* Passion for education and supporting young people
* Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching or youth work experience desirable but not essential
* Considering teacher training or a future career in education
