Lettings Executive
- Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh (Hybrid – 4 days on-site, 1-day WFH)
- Salary: £26,500 Base + Commission (OTE £40,000)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing, centralised sales team, representing a market-leading brand within the student living sector. Ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, full training is provided including brand immersion, professional presentation, face-to-face marketing, and structured sales training.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
- Convert enquiries into bookings through remote sales techniques.
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings with on-site teams.
- Deliver a high-end, customer-focused experience to prospective residents.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s premium offerings.
- Build relationships with students and understand their accommodation requirements.
- Support wider sales and marketing activities.

Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, lettings, hospitality, or customer service.
- University student or graduate, or someone with a good understanding of the student experience.
- Multilingual skills, particularly Mandarin, are highly desirable.
