The Role – Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive
You will advise on a broad range of private client and wealth matters, including:
- Estate planning and succession planning
- Wills & tax-efficient trust structures
- Trust creation and administration (onshore)
- Probate and estate administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Asset protection and wealth structuring
- Advising HNW individuals, families, trustees and advisers
- Exposure to cross-border / international private client work
What will you need?
- To be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
- 4+ years’ PQE in private client law
- Strong grounding in wills, trusts and probate
- Interest in developing HNW / complex private client expertise
- STEP qualification (desirable, not essential)
