IT Support Engineer (2nd line) – Hybrid
Salary: Up to £35,000 plus benefits

A great opportunity for a proactive, self-sufficient 2nd line IT Support Engineer to join a growing team in Telford. You’ll handle day-to-day support, networking tasks and project work, with the opportunity to work from home and the office
IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) Role
- 2nd line support across hardware, software and connectivity issues
- General networking: switches, VPNs, routing basics
- Regular maintenance, updates and user administration
- Troubleshooting and resolving escalations quickly
- Supporting IT projects and continuous improvement
- Occasional travel to additional sites
IT Support Engineer (2nd line) profile
- Solid 2nd line capability in a busy environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good networking knowledge (switches, VPNs)
- Confident managing users and permissions
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently
