Our client is looking for an experienced Cross-Class Facultative Reinsurance Broker to join their growing London team.
Location: London (Hybrid)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded broker with experience placing facultative reinsurance risks across Property and Specialty lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, negotiate, and place facultative reinsurance risks across multiple classes of business.
- Build and maintain relationships with cedants, reinsurers, and market stakeholders.
- Prepare market submissions and placement documentation.
- Advise clients on reinsurance solutions and placement strategies.
- Negotiate terms and secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Support existing business and contribute to growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in Facultative Reinsurance Broking.
- Strong knowledge of Property and Specialty classes.
- Established market relationships within Lloyd's and company markets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
