About the Role
As a Paraplanning in the Adviser Support Centre, you will work closely with advisers from within QFP and support adviser campaigns across the National.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Paraplanners, Financial Planners, and Business Assurance Accessors.
Create comprehensive suitability reports that exceed the minimum quality standards expected by QFP.
Use research tools to analyse data and provide solutions to meet clients' needs and objectives.
Evidence reports to support research undertaken.
Liaise with providers to obtain information.
Manage central data systems and trackers.
Embrace digital ways of working and enhance efficiencies.
Work with the wider QFA team to contribute to Quilter's strategic priorities.
About You
Key Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge for a Paraplanner:
- Organisational and Planning Skills: Extensive ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, especially in writing tasks.
- Curiosity and Proactiveness: Naturally inquisitive and proactive in problem-solving, resourceful in finding solutions.
- Multi-tasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Positive Attitude: Maintains a positive outlook and builds strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Industry Experience: Experience within the financial planning industry, understanding processes and recommended products.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Experience as a Paraplanner (2 years)
Mandatory Professional Qualifications:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
