Salary £22,000 – £25,000 Tiered Commission 7.5 – 15% OTE £50,000
A guarantee of £30,000 for first 3 months
Car allowance £250 PCM

Requirements for the Role
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service.
- Identify key requirements and match these to their property portfolio.
- Attend property viewings with prospective buyers
- Follow up on leads and aim for high conversion rates
- Negotiating terms between buyers and sellers
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and surveyors to ensure smooth transactions
- Respond to client enquiries, identify what the client needs and provide consistent feed back
- Driving high value sales through the office.
- Meet individual and team targets to contribute to the agency success
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Be target driven and tenacious.

- Be able to work effectively within a team.
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Well-presented and personable
- Full clean Drivers licence
