Sales Surveyor

£32,000 – £37,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Car + Fuel Card
Are you a driven individual who enjoys closing deals and selling face to face?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships and converting opportunities into sales. You'll be provided with a diary of pre-booked appointments and will be responsible for surveying customer properties, providing expert advice, generating quotations and guiding customers through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities of a Sales Surveyor:
- Attending 5-7 pre-booked appointments per day
- Surveying customer properties and taking accurate measurements
- Providing advice and recommendations based on customer requirements
- Generating quotations and processing orders through the company CRM system
- Offering customers available finance options in line with company procedures
- Recording survey findings and installation requirements accurately
- Identifying any site restrictions, obstructions or installation considerations
- Conducting risk assessments where required
- Maintaining strong communication with installation teams and branch colleagues
- Following up quotations and actively converting opportunities into sales
- Generating additional local business opportunities through referrals, leaflet drops and relationship building
Requirements of a Sales Surveyor:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or surveying role
- Experience within home improvements, garage doors, windows, conservatories, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing or similar sectors would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and technology
- The ability to work independently and manage their own diary
- A proactive and target-driven approach
- A full UK driving licence
