OVERVIEW: •The appointed lawyer will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters and commercial property transactions •You will oversee residential property deals from instruction through to completion •Responsibilities involve handling various commercial property matters and acting for property investors and developers across the country •Applications are open to qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial property •The ideal candidate will have strong client care, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure •On offer is a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements •You can work fully remotely, on a hybrid basis, or from one of the firm’s other offices
