Title Property Damage Fee Earner
Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid – 4 Days WFH)
A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Property Damage Fee Earner to join its highly regarded litigation team in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of defended property damage claims for major insurer clients within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
The Opportunity
You will manage your own caseload of liability and quantum disputes involving property damage matters such as fires, escapes of water and oil, collision damage, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance claims. The role offers exposure to complex insurance litigation while working alongside experienced lawyers within a nationally recognised team.
About You
You will be passionate and ambitious with demonstratable experience of managing a defendant litigated caseload within property damage or insurance disputes.
