HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER – NEW PASSES WELCOME – Bellshill
People Solutions are looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join one of Bellshill’s leading logistics companies.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as an LGV Class 2 Driver, a Category C Driver, or a Truck Driver.
Shifts:
• 24-hour operation – various shifts available
Rates of Pay:
• £18.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:
• Safely operating and driving Class 2 vehicles to and from delivery locations • Completing loading and unloading tasks with care and accuracy • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects • Adhering to all traffic laws and road safety regulations • Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork • Communicating effectively with dispatch, customers, and site staff • Some handball may be required
Essential Skills:
To be successful as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:
• A valid UK Category C Licence • A valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, or CD codes) • A reliable, professional, and punctual attitude • Good communication and customer service skills • A strong understanding of road safety and compliance • The ability to work effectively with a Driver’s Mate
Desirable Experience:
• Previous commercial or multi-drop delivery experience • Experience handling large or bulky goods • Strong customer interaction and service skills
Training:
• Full industry-related training provided • Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment
