What you will be doing:

Support work isn’t just making cups of tea and personal care. It is about enhancing the lives for people living with emotional, physical and sometimes complex disabilities. We are looking for someone to support a female young adult (22) who is living in her own home in Cringleford (Norwich). Whilst she has been given a diagnosis of complex disorders including, mental health challenges and can demonstrate behaviours that challenge, on good days she is bubbly, fun and an outgoing young adult who just wants to succeed in life.

She has an active calendar which includes horse riding, escape rooms and she is an avid football fan, trying to get to as many games as she can. — a young adult determined to succeed and live life to the fullest.

As part of the care team, you’ll provide support, ensuring her safety and wellbeing while helping her maintain her independence and enjoy the activities she loves.

Key Details:

Shifts: 12hr Night shifts, (9pm – 9am)

Schedule: Includes alternate weekend working

Location: Cringleford (Norwich)

Contract Type: Fixed rota contracts available or casual positions for flexibility
