Our client, a leading organisation within the renewable energy sector, is seeking an experienced and reliable Administrator to provide key support to the Operations Director and wider team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based at their offices in Cheltenham, with free onsite parking available.
In this varied role, you will help streamline the Operations Director’s workload, enabling them to focus on delivering and overseeing strategic operational activities across a range of exciting projects. You will provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support, helping to coordinate processes, maintain organisation, and ensure the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain the smooth running of all office administration, supporting the wider team as required
– Act as the main point of contact between the Operations Director and internal / external contacts
-Assist in the planning and completion of projects, coordinating between teams and ensuring all documentation is up to date
-Identify opportunities for process improvements within the operational workflow
-Oversea the management of operational documentation and files
-General support to the Operations Director as requested
Candidate attributes:
-Previous administrative / office experience
-Strong organistional skills with ability to multi-task
-Excellent communications skills both written and verbally
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
-A positive and proactive approach to work
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm
Salary: Up to £30k per annum, depending on experience
