We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist secondary SEN school in Tower Hamlets that supports young people with Autism Spectrum Condition and associated communication needs.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Support students' communication, independence and life skills
- Work collaboratively with therapists and support staff
- Monitor progress against EHCP outcomes
Essential Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent
- Experience teaching pupils with autism
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
