What you will be doing:
Support work isn’t just about making cups of tea and personal care (though we agree—a good cup of tea does go a long way!). At Insignia Healthcare Group, we believe in enhancing lives and empowering individuals with emotional, physical, and complex disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.
We are currently looking for a committed and compassionate night support worker to join the care team supporting two male children living in the family homes in Rackheath and Sprowston, Norwich.
They have a number of complex clinical needs, including:
- Cerebral Palsy
- Gastrostomy Feeding
- Stoma
- Epilepsy
- Dyskinesia
Your role will involve supporting with eating and drinking, personal care, and respiratory management, as well as contributing to there sense of independence and wellbeing through social interaction and community activities.
Key Details:
Shifts: 12-hour waking night shifts
Schedule: Fixed rota pattern which Includes alternate weekend working
Location: Rackheath & Sprowston (Norwich)
All positions can be given as a contracted fixed rota position or on a casual basis if preferred.
There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be female in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010.
