Shift Operator
As an Ingredients shift operator, you will operate plant and equipment from start to finish of process, focusing on quality and volume at each stage. You will also strive to keep the workplace, clean, tidy and running effectively. As an operator, you will work closely with all the other departments and colleagues on site.
With full training and support, you will:
- Operate large scale manufacturing equipment
- Ensure production runs on time, escalating any issues.
- Complete production paperwork
- Reporting events in handover meeting and to shift leadership
- Using IT systems to record data
- Keep equipment and workspace clean
- Work closely with team mates to ensure knowledge and best practice is shared
- Ensure that you and those around you are working in a safe manner

The Person
- Ideally you will have experience of shift/industrial production work
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Good communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and pride in work
- Comfortable in using IT systems
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
