A forward-thinking and inclusive all-through academy in Northolt is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their primary phase from September 2026 on a full-time, one-year contract.

The Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
- Take full responsibility for a Year 4 class
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Support pupils in developing key skills in preparation for upper KS2
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with your year group and wider staff team
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What the School Is Looking For
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 4 experience desirable)
- A warm, structured, and nurturing teaching style
- Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
- A reflective and team-oriented approach
- Commitment to the full academic year (September 2026 – July 2027)
