An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing and ambitious organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of customer enquiries, coordinating operational activities, and acting as the central point of contact between customers, suppliers and internal teams. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
Based in Wantage, Oxfordshire, this is a full-time, office-based position offering a salary of up to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll join a supportive and collaborative team environment where initiative, accountability and continuous improvement are valued, with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone, email and CRM systems.
- Coordinate customer requests, ensuring actions are progressed and completed efficiently.
- Schedule service visits, maintenance activities and operational requirements.
- Manage customer records, tickets and operational data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams to coordinate deliveries, collections and ongoing activities.
- Deliver a professional and proactive customer experience, taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within customer service, service coordination, operations coordination or logistics administration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team environment.
