We're looking for a Cleaner to join our team based in Hillyfield School.
Location: Hillyfield School, London
Hours: 12.5 hours per week

Join our Facilities Management team at Hillyfield School, where you'll play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and pupils. Working morning or afternoon shifts across 12.5 hours per week, you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering outstanding cleaning standards in an educational setting.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Cleaner, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the school. Your day-to-day will include:
- Cleaning and sanitising all areas including classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal spaces
- Vacuuming carpeted areas and wet mopping hard floors to maintain spotless surfaces
- Emptying waste receptacles, replacing bin bags and ensuring correct waste disposal
- Replenishing consumables such as hand wash, toilet rolls and hand towels
- Following COSHH guidelines and health and safety procedures at all times
What are we looking for?
This role of Cleaner is great for you if:
- You have previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, office or commercial building
- You understand health and safety procedures, including COSHH regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment
- You take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- You can work independently whilst being a reliable team member
- You're organised and able to follow cleaning schedules effectively
