Description
The Learning & Organisational Development Officer will provide support in the coordination and delivery of learning and OD activity, providing advice and guidance to managers, managing learning systems and content and using data and feedback to continuously improve L&OD programmes.
Your duties will include:
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programmes to meet organisational goals.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
- Coordinate and deliver workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees.
- Monitor and assess the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance.
- Contribute to ED&I programme of initiatives designed to ensure the organisation is an inclusive employer.
- Maintain up-to-date records of training activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Work with external training providers to source and deliver value for money expectations.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organisation.
Profile
The successful Learning & Organisational Development Officer should have:
- A strong background in learning and development or a related field within human resources.
- Experience in designing AND delivering training programmes.
- Familiarity with organisational development principles and practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The role is home based (remote) but will require travel circa once a month to deliver training.
Job Offer
This fully remote role offers a salary of £34,464 plus an excellent benefits package
