The Role
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an IFA Administrator to join a friendly and professional team. This is a varied position where you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of both new and ongoing financial planning services.
Day-to-day, you’ll be involved in coordinating client meetings, handling enquiries, preparing documentation and providing essential administrative support to paraplanners and advisers. You’ll also help maintain accurate client records and contribute to the smooth running of internal systems and processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and building strong client relationships.
About You
You’ll have previous experience in a financial services administration role and be confident working in a fast-paced environment. Experience within a St. James’s Place practice would be advantageous, though candidates with broader industry experience are equally encouraged to apply.
You’ll be organised, proactive and personable, with a genuine interest in developing your career within financial services. A professional approach and a strong attention to detail are essential, along with the motivation to contribute to a growing and successful firm.
