We are partnering with a long-established, family-owned trailer and logistics business to appoint an ambitious Operations Manager. This is a rare opportunity with a clear pathway to a board-level role within ~18 months.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Owner, you will oversee daily operations across fleet, workshop, and service functions. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team, maintain high performance levels, and support continued growth and expansion.
