Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to provide part-time supply support across a selection of SEN and SEMH settings in and around Warminster.
This opportunity suits individuals who enjoy variety within their working week and can quickly establish positive relationships with young people and education teams. As schools increasingly require short-notice cover, we are looking for professionals who can seamlessly integrate into different environments and contribute from day one.
September 2026 will be the primary intake period, although earlier placements may become available.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with additional learning requirements.
- Assisting teaching staff during lessons.
- Encouraging participation and engagement.
- Providing emotional and pastoral support.
- Delivering targeted interventions.
- Monitoring progress and recording observations.
- Supporting behaviour management plans.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
