Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with motor trade parts experience looking to join a professional and fast-paced aftersales team.
You will play a key role in supplying parts to the workshop, trade customers, and retail customers while delivering exceptional service and ensuring efficient stock control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplying vehicle parts to the workshop and front counter customers
- Handling incoming parts enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Ordering, booking in, and managing stock levels efficiently
- Identifying correct vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
- Supporting technicians and service advisors with parts requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and invoicing
- Assisting with stock checks and department organisation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good organisational and IT skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
