To be part of the Site Engineering Team responsible for the maintenance, maximising machine availability and continued efficient running of the site and site services.

Description
- Perform routine and unplanned machine maintenance
- Work cross-functionally with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Identify and troubleshoot machinery problems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in the design and installation of new equipment
- Record and report on maintenance activities
- Contribute to the development of maintenance procedures
Average 42 hours per week- 12 hour Panama shift pattern to incorporate full 24/7 coverage of the site.
Profile
- A recognised qualification in Engineering (Minimum Level 3)
- Experience with both mechanical and electrical systems
- PLC System knowledge would be advantageous
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
