Job purpose
Manage and optimise the digital presence across wholesale and retail platforms, ensuring they are aligned to our core B2B sectors, drive B2C sales through optimising digital home delivery solutions. Support website management and digital growth strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required
• Excellent data manipulation and processing skills • Proven experience in web management and digital marketing, ideally within wholesale, retail, or e-commerce industries. • Strong technical knowledge of website platforms, CMS systems and ideally PIM • Experience in managing content for B2B platforms for different industry sectors. • Familiarity with home delivery or marketplace operations is highly desirable. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights is desirable. • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Creative problem solver with a customer-focused mindset
