We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a growing and highly successful estate agency in the Darwen area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation that values professionalism, expertise, and long-term growth.
As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional service, listing properties, and driving business success within the local property market.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
- List and photograph properties onto the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Win new instructions and contribute to business growth
- Promote company services and benefits to vendors
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process
- Support the wider team in achieving branch success
Sales Valuer Requirements
- Proven track record in property listings and winning instructions
- Strong customer service and client-facing skills
- Positive, driven, and target-focused mindset
- Ability to build relationships and generate new business
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Professional and proactive working attitude
What's on Offer?
- Basic salary £30,000 – £35,000
- Realistic OTE £40,000 – £45,000

- Working hours: Monday to Friday with Saturday rota (lieu time when Saturday worked)
