The Role – SEMH Teacher
Seeking a resilient and engaging SEMH Teacher to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist setting. You will teach small classes, deliver a differentiated and engaging curriculum and support pupils who may present with behavioural challenges, trauma-related needs and barriers to learning. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, supporting emotional regulation and creating a structured, positive and supportive learning environment where pupils can re-engage with education and make meaningful progress. You will work closely with pastoral teams, therapists and support staff to ensure pupils receive the highest level of support.
